Our shower filter is not designed to reduce total dissolved solids (TDS). TDS meters measure conductivity and do not detect toxic chemicals such as chlorine, iron, mercury, and more. Our carbon filter can't bring chloramine to undetectable levels in a DPD/OTO test; use our Vitamin C shower head for that purpose. Chloramine is more stable than chlorine, making it harder to filter. Pairing our activated carbon filter with the Vitamin C shower head can achieve comprehensive filtration.
